" Living here was fun, I met loads of friends and had an amazing freshers, but the administration were less than helpful on many occasions, and many times we had issues with out facilities (our bedroom lights didn't work for 3 weeks) "

" I have really enjoyed living in Lakeside however I wish there was more of a social area the common room was a bit of a letdown compared to what was advertised and the other accommodations I have seen. However the social life at Lakeside is fantastic there is a general group chat where everyone can communicate and help each other out if there are any issues in the flats. It is definitely a safe place to live I never walk around the site without seeing security or maintenance staff. The maintenance staff are very helpful the minute there is a problem they will be there to fix it. "

" The accommodation didn’t have a security desk, and was overall very unsafe. Whilst living there the lifts frequently broke and were under maintenance the majority of the time. They also had maintenance on the site all the time, starting very early. "

" Good accomodation overall. I had one of the 10 people ones and the kitchen was sooo nice. Really close to Aston and BCU. Common room was alright and Tesco super close which I liked. Plus you get a cleaner every 2 weeks so that's cool "
