" Nice amenities and a great view. Close by to a lot of university buildings and is right next to some nice green space. Kinda expensive so that may be a turn off but the convenience makes it fairly worthwhile. "

" This apartment building is very overpriced and not worth the money. The management company for this building and others around campus is horrendous and everyone has issues with them. I would highly recommend choosing an alternative location to live. If you have any issue while you are living there management will almost always be little to no help. "
