" A lot of people don't want to live in the GLC since it's the point furthest north on campus and seems relatively removed from the rest of campus housing. However, the apartments are quite large and the shared events with 10th and Home and GLC were nice. Packages are handled at the GLC so it's really convenient and office staff is nice. Also, it's a pretty close walk (~15 min) to Publix so grocery shopping is extremely convenient. "

" The GLC was a decent on campus apartment and its older residents made it much less socially charged than the freshman dorms. It was different in the sense we could throw more parties in it but we were also located pretty far from where the rest of our friends were living on campus. Being on the north end of campus was nice as a BME because I was right next to the Biotech quad but otherwise it feels too removed from the hustle and bustle of GT. "
