" I love living at Molson and I feel as if Upper Residency is an amazing opportunity for students who would love to meet new people. Beware there are shared bathrooms, but it is not as big of a deal as you would expect. I have met some of my best friends in my res and would not change my decision. The food is not amazing but it is easier than having to cook meals everyday. The rooms are pretty small and cramped but you get used to it. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything through it. There are many activities through the year held by the floor fellows and it aims to get you connected to Mcgill as well as your fellow students! There is a hefty hill you have to walk up to get to your building everyday but it kept me fit and made the residences feel like more of a community due to the aspect of being seperate from downtown. 10/10 recommend "

" I loved my experience. Pros: Top of a hill so you get a lot of nature for downtown MTL. Really fun people and they're really thoughtful about making every floor diverse. People know how to party but also work and study hard. Cons: When I say it's on top of a hill, it really is... so winter walking up the hill is WORK. Partying can be really loud. Communal showers shared by each floor + w/ mixed genders. So can get dirty. "
