" Syme was great for the Living and Learning community village that I was a part of, however, I didn't think it was the best place to live for social incoming freshmen. It is located on East Campus, so it was some distance away from the rec gym, Talley, where all the fun things on campus were happening, etc. I did like its location for other things though. It was right by pullen park so it was easy to head over there on a nice day to hang out with friends. I also loved that it was close to the belltower and Cameron Village. I could take a short walk over to Cameron Village to buy my groceries or go grab food with my friends. I liked that I didn't need my car on campus to live here. Also, the living and learning community within Syme was a great way to meet others and serve the community! "
