" Rodgers Main is the place to be. It has a dining hall in the building. This is nice because when it rains in Norfolk, there is flooding. This happens even if there is a little drizzle. Save yourself and your shoes and stay in Rodgers Main. The Village Apartments are pricey but you get your own room. Each apartment is a suite that has 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a common area. I lived with people who I did not know before hand and was fine. I would have probably had a better experience if I lived with people I knew and liked. "
