" It's entirely situational. The location is really great as it's close to NTID (which is where deaf students attend) and within walk distance to RIT classes. However, the cost of living there is very expensive per semester and even more expensive if you wish to live alone. Then there comes with shared bathroom between three or four rooms which can turn bathroom into stinky and littered depending on individuals. "
