" Kavanagh Court is an accommodation situated in Dublin city centre (10 minutes from Trinity Business Scholl, 5 minutes from the bus station, 5 minutes from the biggest supermarkets). The place is quite clean but they don't provide any type of extra clean inside your room or in the common area in the apartments (even if you request). There are a quite good Gym, cinema room and a common room with a rooftop. Living there was an amazing experience. "

The rooms are also modern and the attached bathrooms are amazing. However, the price of the accommodation is exorbitant for what you get. Room sizes can vary widely so please try to get the biggest possible. The one I was allocated was 13 square metres which is quite small for what you pay. The management of the building is also questionable. Many of us were forced to leave in the middle of March on orders by Trinity because of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, a month's rent (about 1000 euros) was copped out of refund on the pretext that that was what Uninest's investors had approved. "
