" Very clean and modern, you get what you pay for. Street is a bit dodge but so close to everything and I made it out unscathed. Just a 15 minute walk to campus and less to the shop. Would recommend if you have the funds. "

" A relatively nice place to live, conveniently close, mostly Trinity students, although the management of rooms is terrible. Freshers get mixed in with masters and PhD students. It's a mess really. But other than that the rooms are nice enough, the place is clean, the gym is fine. It is however quite expensive. "

" Kavanagh Court is an accommodation situated in Dublin city centre (10 minutes from Trinity Business Scholl, 5 minutes from the bus station, 5 minutes from the biggest supermarkets). The place is quite clean but they don't provide any type of extra clean inside your room or in the common area in the apartments (even if you request). There are a quite good Gym, cinema room and a common room with a rooftop. Living there was an amazing experience. "

" Living at Kavanagh Court had a lot of positive sides: being in the city centre, being with students from your own university exclusively and the apartments and bedrooms were big enough as well. Can be a good choice "

" The location of Kavanagh Court is excellent. An easy 10-15 min walk to the Trinity campus with plenty of supermarkets and public transport options close by. The rooms are also modern and the attached bathrooms are amazing. However, the price of the accommodation is exorbitant for what you get. Room sizes can vary widely so please try to get the biggest possible. The one I was allocated was 13 square metres which is quite small for what you pay. The management of the building is also questionable. Many of us were forced to leave in the middle of March on orders by Trinity because of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, a month's rent (about 1000 euros) was copped out of refund on the pretext that that was what Uninest's investors had approved. "
