Does this Accommodation Have Free Parking? If so, is There a Sufficient Amount of Parking Spaces? No
" There is no free parking it costs £200 per term which is extremely steep for keeping a car on premise. The WiFi isn’t the best but it has its good days. The rooms are pretty nice and quite spacious compared to other uni accommodation. The bathrooms are quite big however the showers are quite small. The kitchens that you get in your second year of staying are nice but the first year kitchens are a little outdated but they are functional "

" I’ve met so many friends from living at the maltings and had some amazing experiences. It is based in the centre of Birmingham which is perfect as close to everything. Great place to live but I do think you’re paying more for what you’re getting. "

" Overall, you can live there because even the accommodation is not that nice, but you will receive a good society with your flatmates which is become a good society for you. Your society in your place will be good quality for you. "

" In regards to parking, it doesn’t affect me because I don’t need a car whilst at university, but the parking spaces are not free although there are a sufficient amount of spaces. I also definitely think that this accommodation is perfect for freshers because the location is perfect as there are plenty of shops around, it’s very secure allowing students to feel safe, the journey to the university isn’t far, it’s also close enough to Birmingham New Street and the Bull Ring shopping centre. Overall freshers, and all students in general, have everything they need whilst living here "
