" Lake Claire has the oldest apartments on campus. They update the doors and keep the infrastructure up, but the insulation I would say is minimal. If you're in the international courtyard, there will be some cigarettes on the ground. The beds here aren't the most comfortable, but the kitchens are a great size, and so are the bedrooms. They are a little secluded from the rest of the campus, so walking/biking/boarding places is gonna be a frequen thing. "
