" This is a newer dorm so a lot of people recommend it, but honestly if you want a room where you can have your own bedroom I would choose Lake Claire or Nike/Hercules apartments instead. It is the least social dorm as the only common area in the dorm is a small strip of a hallway. If you do not already know your roommates, you will have a hard time getting to know them. "

" Neptune is a very clean and new building. It's in close walking distance to the RWC, sports fields, dining hall, and 24/7 study place making it perfect for Freshman!! Plus a kitchen, common area, and in my experience friendly floor mates "

" I enjoyed living in Neptune more than Nike because I had my own separate room and they had a kitchen on every floor. For freshmen who enjoy their privacy and having a kitchen this would be a good option. "

" While I loved living here my first semester, I would not recommend on-campus housing, at all. It's overpriced and you could just as easily save your money by living off-campus. If you are looking to socialize and make a lot of friends, then this is the place to be. Neptune, Hercules, and Nike are all in very close proximity, meaning that you'll probably end up meeting a ton of new people. On each floor, Neptune has a laundry room, a rec room, and a kitchen (with no microwave). The rec rooms are nice because you can plug in video game consoles, like the Switch, and play with friends, or just watch movies using your laptop and an HDMI cable. The rooms themselves are nice. You get your own room, and you share a bathroom and sink area with one other person. There is plenty of space in the bedrooms, just don't over-do it with the stuff you bring. I would recommend that you buy some sort of shower caddy or buy a shower rack, unless you like keeping your stuff on the floor. Also, don't forget cleaning supplies! The dorms do have a cleaning service, but I HIGHLY recommend doing your own cleaning, as they only clean the shared spaces and don't do a deep clean of anything. This goes for before moving your stuff in and during your stay. Disinfectant wipes are your friend. One final note, please make sure to give yourself plenty of time to walk to your classes, these dorms are on the other side of campus to most classes you'll take. "
