" At Northview you have your own room and bathroom which is really nice, but definitely not worth $4000+ a semester, when you can get a house for less than that price.
Pros: own room and bathroom, shuttles to campus, gym, pool, study room, close to campus and other stores and restaurants, maintenance comes (not always fast)
Cons: WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, WiFi is absolutely awful!!!! (if it even works at all), problems with things breaking, not enough visitor parking, no bathtub "
