" South Academy is really nice overall. The location is nice, staff are usually ok, and it's a freshmen only dorm. The only cooking location is on the first floor so it can be a pain to get to depending on the floor that you live in. All sections are locked with a keycard so the only way in is to be a resident of the place or have someone let you in. The location of SA is one of the best for UD freshmen as it is very close to central campus, the library, Perkins student center and two dining halls. "
