" The older half has a bit of a prison-chic look to it, lots of cream-painted brick and exposed ductwork. The newer half is prettier, and I think a little more expensive. My building had no lift, I'm not sure if any did. The laundry system in all the halls is dire. It requires an exploitative, unusable app called Circuit Laundry to take your card information and money, to let you use a machine you can't pause or open. I had to wash and dry everything by hand. En-suite shower rooms were alright if prone to puddles by design, and the kitchen, storage, and cooking space were all adequate. "

" Good accomation s bit distant from campus. Parking is paid. Rooms a bit small and very expensive but tidy and new. Big tesco nearby. Not a good choice of restaursnts nearby. Separate bathrooom, showers, rooms, shared kitched for 6 rooms "

" Seabraes is accommodation which is situated just outside the main university campus but is still very close by so location is definitely not a down side to it. There is newer and older buildings, I was in the older and even they were perfectly fine. "

" The accommodation was extortionate and quite old. it was £630 a month!!! considering rent in the city is pretty cheap for private accommodation, i think this was an absolute scam. I tried moving out halfway through the year as it was too expensive but couldn't as apparently there was no one to fill my room. "

What the advertisements do not show you is the 'prison-like' stone walls the accommodation is made from. It was my mistake to rely on the advertisement rather than actually visit before applying to stay there. "
