" Beaty towers is truly an experience. That is the only way I can put it, the social atmosphere is perfect for students who wish to make friends and have a good place to be at. Each floor is co-ed but each apartment suite has two rooms each for two people. There's a bathroom for all four and a kitchen space too. Though it may not be the most spacious, it is a great offer for the students overall. There can be quells with roommates, but again that is for the student to learn how to figure out. Sometimes the once a week restock of toilet paper may not come for the bathroom or be the best quality cleaning. There are some cockroach outbreaks, but look at the location of the university. It's expected at times, though a great experience overall from what I had. "

You can make a lot of friends since the space is somewhat limited and you have to share a bathroom and kitchen with three other people. Still, it is better than the community restrooms and kitchens. There is less personal space than a student is probably used too; however, the location is walking distance to every class and main buildings such as Reitz Union, the Hub, and dining services. "
