" Lakeside is a great place to live in! People are often scared to live here because of the distance from the main campus; however, you get to know the bus system quickly, and it is only a 5 minute ride to the Reitz or Hub (note: buses don't really work on weekends, it's better to bring your own car). The apartment style allows you to pick a room for 1 or 2 people depending on whether you want to live with a roommate. There is a private kitchen and a bathroom shared with one other person. The social life isn't that great, but fraternity row is 10 minutes away. Lakeside is 5 minutes away from the museums (free for students) and Southwest Rec Center. "
