" Is a nice accommodation, good for any student but would rather say it’s made for second and third year s who don’t want to live outside of campus. Overall it’s spacious and relatively cheap compared to some uni accomodarions "

" I am currently staying in Brayford Quay for my final year at university. It is a really nice place to live, if you want to be in the middle of Lincoln. Brayford Quay is definitely value for money when it comes to space in the bedroom, very spacious rooms! We have a cleaner every Wednesday to clean the kitchen and hoover the communal areas! "
