" I felt my apartment was overpriced for the quality and size of the apartment. Different rooms in the same apartment unit are also very different sizes, which is unfair since students all pay the same amount for rent. "

" SCC is a great option if you need to be on campus, but I found the room rather small for the price you pay ($957) and if you're looking for amenities like a gym, there isn't one in the building. Also, I lived in building 2 and the sound of trucks in the parking lot always woke me up in the morning. "

" It is quite a lot of money but I'd say it is worth it for the convenience of being on campus. The only downfalls are you are stuck with the campus wifi, which sucks at the moment and you have to pay for campus parking which is about 300 per semester. "

" It's really close to a lot of the major bars and restaurants in college park if you don't have a car, there are at least 3 free buses that take you right to the entrance of the building. I would suggest a house because it's much cheaper and also parking there is free if you have a car, also the courtyards is a much better option than commons, much cleaner. "

" Small apartment with roommates. You still have an RA which is nice, and its still on campus so they take care of any issues, but you feel independent enough and its more space than the dorms. I do remember it was a bit pricey for the space. But you get the commodities of still being on campus. "
