" Although Elm Hall is a very nice dorm building with lots of amenities, it is very expensive. In addition, there is only one kitchen in the lobby to share between all residents of the building. This makes it difficult to cook food in the dorms. "

" While Elm is not the prettiest out of all the dorms, especially those on West Campus, it is still a great place to live. It is perfectly located too as it is situated right by the Ave, the District Market, Local Point (the dining hall), the Gym, and Cultivate (the fancier dining option). The amenities are nice. There is a stove, sink, and oven in the downstairs lobby as well as two study rooms and two lounges on each floor. Staff is really nice and Elm residents are usually pretty social. "
