" Very convenient location, very social, good room sizes which are very modern, relatively quiet, many study lounges on all floors, staff is very friendly. Amenities are extremely convenient and is close to campus "

" Steven's is an affordable apartment style housing. It's good enough for what you pay, and some buildings are nicer than others. One problem is the amount of spiders. It would be really nice if someone could do anti-spider spray around the apartments. Another problem is the loudness of the fire alarms. It's just as loud as it is for a large building, but in a smaller apartment, and because there is no sound insulation whatsoever, it echos horrendously, and it is so, so loud in the hallway especially, when we are trying to get out the door. It is louder than necessary and because it echos so much, it is hard to get my stuff (that I need, like my keys, and coat) when it feels like I'm being deadened if I take my hands off my ears. "

" Stevens Court is BY FAR the best UW-affiliated apartment complex on campus! The rooms are spacious; you don't have to buy your own router; the living room is gigantic; the kitchen is a good size and has most major appliances (except for a dishwasher - but you have a garbage disposal!); and, when you go out at night, there's bunnies everywhere in the courtyards! It's cheap as heck because it's a little older, but it's fully up-to-date. It also has rooms specifically for students with disabilities and students who are raising families. For the latter, Stevens even has a daycare center. In the Stevens commons area, there is a music practice room, a kitchen, and a couple spaces with couches and desks for hanging out or doing homework (that's where I do most of my studying). My main complaint with Stevens Court would be that it's a very long distance from everywhere except the Fishery Sciences building. For me, though, that's kind of a plus - it gives me an excuse to get in some minor exercise while walking to my classes along the gorgeous Burke-Gilman Trail. "
