" The Webster Village Apartments are easily the best living quarters I've stayed in on campus. Depending on how many roommates you want, they're usually a nice blend of privacy and communal space, have several bathrooms per apartment, and you get free parking in the outside lots (which do fill up quickly, though there is the communal garage just down the street - it's not that bad a walk if you have to park there).
