" A recommendable English taught master's program in a German speaking city. However, the university lacks some student life facilities. There's no gym or sports court, only one canteen option, and very few lounge areas where students can relax or socialize. "

" It's a great city to live in, but the study program has several organisational issues and too much repetition in the course content. There's very little flexibility in choosing electives, which can be frustrating. On the plus side, many of the external lecturers are highly competent and bring valuable expertise to the classroom. However, the administrative staff don't communicate well in English, which can make paperwork and inquiries difficult. "

" it's what you make out of it. It's mostly project work, not too much theory. The projects are free to choose in the beginning of the course (1 year) and later given by the university and mostly in colaboration with real partners. That makes it interesting on the one hand, on the other hand it also tends to be very comercial. For instance in 3 year of interior Design we barely ever covered how to design spaces for dwelling - but did a lot of shop concepts, exhibitions and so on. There are great possibilities for inter disciplinary exchange - especially in the timber and wood sector as the campus is one of the competence centers in that direction in Austria. "

" Overall its a nice University with beautiful surroundings. Campus facilities are good; lots of greeneries, open spaces. Knowledge of German is helpful here in my experience even if you're admitted to English course. "

" I cannot say much about the social scene on the university because of the current pandemic, but they usually have a wide range of sports clubs possibilities like track, volleyball, yoga, pilates, swimming, salsa dancing etc. "
