" Humber Lakeshore has a beautiful campus and provides a great learning environment. I prefer some professors over others, although I believe that's a situation in any learning institute. It's not a hassle to find parking, unless there is an event or project happening which only happened once in my (almost) four years with Humber. "

" Worst administration, support and guidance. Last minute changes and over-complication, no prior complete details, keeps students hanging, no love and understanding and worst coordinator support. Rude and unrealistic. "

" The college experience for me so far has been completely online, so because of that, I don't have much to say.I am enjoying the program that I'm in and I hope to be able to visit my campus soon and meet my professor's and classmates. "

" The college is unsupportive of its students; this is my second program that I'll be graduating from at Humber, and it's been extremely disappointing to see how much it does not care about its students. Other colleges like George Brown have adjusted many of their programs to offer hybrid delivery of classes, in order to accommodate its students. Humber is refusing to do this, and will not include the accommodations office in the discussions surrounding methods of delivery. When I expressed concerns about going back 100% of the time, with full classroom capacity, I was told by my dean to finish my FINAL semester at a different institution. I wish the school and senior faculty had more empathy for its students. "

" I completed Interior Decorating in April. I didn't really enjoy it, especially during my last 2 semesters even though I graduated with a diploma with honors.
Some of the profs were decent but others give off some weird vibes (or at least what I think it is since my last 2 semesters were done online). For example, if you want to ask for clarification for what they commented for a project, you may have to go around asking to find out who marked because they may not have been the ones marking even though they "claim" that they talk about marks behind the scenes. Then, when you find out who marked the project and email that person, they may rant about it even though you wanted some clarification so that you can improve for the coming up projects or the semester.
There are some things I wished I knew but I had to find out partway through the semester when everyone is pretty complaining about it. Some problems include some computers/laptops may have graphic cards issues when running programs and you may need a good computer (ex. gaming computers, graphic design computers. etc) or external hard drive to run Sketchup and the other programs you need download so they don't slow your computer down.
