" Aalborg university is a great place for research. However, it highly depends on your study program. It seemed to me like they did not want to spend too much time or money on the Tourism program. The program could have been made a lot more engaging. The staff was good but I wish we had more time to spend with them. "

" A lot of focus is put on group work. Every semester, there is a semester project, where one issue (be it practical or purely theoretical) is investigated thoroughly. Next to the semester project there are 3-4 courses every semester. The staff is friendly and are highly competent in their areas of research. However, they are not all equally good at actually teaching. But that's probably the same everywhere. There is huge potential to develop your competencies in whatever direction you see fit. "
