" It was a really great University. The academic staff is on top of things, the University is one of the top 2% of best Universities in the world. Every professor was understanding and gave work to do at a reasonable time. I always knew information beforehand. I got to choose as so many electives as I wanted. "

" I'm a philosophy student at the Arts & Humanities faculty at Tartu University. By far the best thing about Tartu University is its size: courses and seminar groups are quite small (usually 7-15 students). The small group size makes it more likely that there is more active participation in lectures and seminars. Also, another feature I like about this university is that each student will have a personal supervisor at the beginning of their studies. Student services are also very well organized at this university. Tartu is a lovely little city in southern Estonia with full of vibrant student life. "
