" The Toulouse Business School (TBS) is a French business school ranked among the top 10 management schools in France. It has a good reputation with recruiters and provide good teaching, both in French and English, in various areas: finance, accounting, human resources, marketing, big data, entrepreneurship, etc. Although the academic staff is excellent, not all the teachers speak English very well. The university offers many double degrees, in France and abroad. Regarding the price, count about €10,000-11,000 per year.
Student life at TBS is really dynamic and there are many societies in which students can be involved. Whether you like politics, sport, arts, finance, sustainable development, consulting, music or whatever, there is definitely a student association that is perfect for you!
The location of the university is very attractive. TBS is located in the very center of Toulouse, a city in southwestern France, a little more than one hour from Mediterranean Sea and from the mountains of the Pyrenees. The campus is at 5 minutes of the nearest metro station, Compans-Caffarelli and 15 minutes of the Capitole (the town hall). This location in the city center offers many advantages: the students can enjoy the beautiful student city, its restaurants and pubs, its museums, its park areas etc. Concerning the drawbacks, the campus is quite small due to its location. Renting a decent flat here can cost you around €400 a month or more if you're alone. But TBS provide cheaper flats next to the campus for those who need it. Another disadvantage is that TBS doesn't own any sport facilities but rent sport facilities to the city. Rugby, football, basketball, handball fields are several metro stations away. Same for tennis courts, the swimming pool and the athletics tracks.
The atmosphere in TBS is really enjoyable. There are many student parties and a lot of activities in which you can take part. The event I enjoyed the most is certainly the "Trophée des Arts"(Arts Trophy), a three-day event organized by TBS students that gathers each year around 600 students of all the top French business schools in Barcelona.
