" Good chance to connect to people from all over the world, rich campus life. Make use of this opportunity to make friends and contacts and don't just focus on your studies. Overall a really nice university. Administration of correcting exams on time sucks though. Some people have to delay a semester to be able to graduate, just because of exams not being corrected on time. "

" The Kamp-Lintfort campus is pretty new, but very good. As with any place of teaching, there are some bad teachers, but the vast majority of teachers know their stuff and are very approachable after classes if help is needed. I have met some of the most amazing teachers in my educational career here. The cafeteria is quite good. It can be used by anyone, but students get a discount which makes the food very affordable. The food is also pretty good. The library is well stocked, but has only very few private rooms for learning which are usually booked out. The only bad thing i can say about the Ka-Li campus is that it's very specifically a sub-campus of the bigger, Kleve campus, because of which most of the additional offerings like sports clubs and language courses are only available on the Kleve campus. Ka-Li students are allowed to enroll for those, but they need to travel back and forth on their own, which is not a short distance. But overall i can very much recommend this university. NOTE: I have never been to the Cleve campus, and administratively they are very much separate entities. Therefore my review is strictly about the Kamp-Lintfort campus. "

" Good university with a great international community from all over the world. Departments are mostly in English. Nice social community, however transportation can be tricky. Offers a nice library but no gym or sports facilities. "

" Young university so they still have room for improvement especially regarding organisational topics. There are good and some not so good professors Like always. Kamp-Lintfort is a Small village but through the students it’s getting better at social opportunities. Very international, most of the study programs are in English, like that a lot. Campus ist very modern. "

" This school is great for International students. As there are no tuition fees yet in Germany, you only have to pay around 300 (euros) per semester (and includes public transportation). The majority of the courses are taught in English, and as it is an International focused university, there are students from all over the world. While not one of the most prestigious schools, students are given a lot of practical hands-on experience to accompany the theoretical knowledge they are taught in lectures. There are many different clubs you can join to get to know other students, as well as various cultural events students can participate in throughout the year. The university is relatively small (~ 7000 students) so the class sizes are generally small and students have the opportunity to build a rapport with lecturers and professors. The location is optimal to see different cities in Germany and The Netherlands (Cologne, Dusseldorf, and Amsterdam are all less than 2 hours away by train, and the Dutch city of Nijmegen is only 20 minutes by car). The campus is less than 10 years old so all buildings, equipment and labs are modern and look nice. I would definitely recommend this university if you want to experience a different culture while gaining a good education at the same time all at a low cost. "
