" I did my Mdes in ID here, it an okay institute, major issue was the lack of placements and proper industrial exposure to the students. Make sure you ask for internships from day 1 of your college and pester them. Submit your assignments on time and start looking for internships from semester 1 itself. "

" University of Petroleum and Energy studies is a fairly good choice to study design in India. But the design courses are new and not quite developed yet, unless you are fine with vague curriculum and are independent this University is not for you. "

" If you want to enjoy a view and live in peace for 4 years, then this is the place. The education level has been stretched thin over number of courses which are for namesake. The core branch of the college is good but the rest are no showoffs. "

*There is a mandatory 75 percent attendance rule and it's enforced quite strictly. This leads to students attending lectures just for the sake of attendance.
*The institute offers a lot of specialized courses in various fields, which might be a good choice for students looking to study further. Although the core placements are really average. "
