 " Students are pretty helpful, teachers not so much. Severely under qualified staff, inconsistent teacher attendance, lectures cancelled abruptly, bad teaching methods (if you consider book reading as teaching its good), monotonic schedule, heap of assignments and journals with no guidance to practical applications of programs you're writing. These are the star qualities of teaching staff for IT department. "

 " It's a good place to study, A little far from city but a huge campus. There will be a lot of pressure from professors and the administrative work is done mostly in one language so you need to know it (Marathi). "

 " It is a very good and well-respected university. Mumbai University is the leading institution for many colleges across the city, with numerous colleges affiliated to it.  " It's a great university but I think there needs to be some improvement in handling students' grievances. I just wish they would listen to their students and make the campus safer for female students. If you are joining this university make sure to get involved in extracurricular activities to gain new experiences "
