" The smaller classrooms work well. Some of the lectures seem uneducated or unpassionate about what they are teaching or both. Others, you can tell they know their stuff, and they truly love what they do. "

" Great college campus and course. The course content is very practical based and the work-based learning module in particular was the highlight. Good balance of theory delivery mixed with some industry-based practical elements. Overall a positive experience. "

" I enjoyed my time in ait. The living cost weren't sky high and rent isn't to bad. Parking spaces can be hard to come by some days so i do hope they fix it. I found majority of my engineering lecturers good tho some modules were difficult due to the lecturer being tough to work with. I m not much of a person to go out so i didn't mind the nightlife and i thought it was better than what is up for offer where I'm from tough some do think it is lacking. The college does have a great gym which is quite affordable to students. The main campus canteen provides a good choice of food at reasonable prices and there is a few cafes and things like subway and McDonald's near by. Over all I have no major complaints about the college. "

" A good college but not the best. Maybe some more finding could help. I would recommend this college for some courses. A great place socially. Covid makes that hard though. staff here were very supportive of me and my pursuits so I have to commend them "

" Al lot of the lectures are okay, it's just the odd few that are strange/don't work as much as they should to teach/provide classes.
First Year was very stressful, but that's mostly on my part since I've been travelling 'far' just to get to Athlone Institute of Technology. Overall though it was fun and informative and the lectures I had thought the first 2 semesters are sound.
Second Year was not as bad in semester 1 since I was kind of use to the routine from first year. The only bad thing was one of our sound lectures threatened us by saying "If we didn't get the work experience done by December 2019, we would be kicked from the course. It got worst in semester 2. Our course is a dying one that only lasted 2 years last year. Further proof of this was the fact that we were only in 4 out of the 5 days of the week. A follow up on the 'Work Experience fiasco' What we were told was thrown out the window since the lecture didn't care anymore for certain people and gave them special treatment.
Third Year, is what I'm currently doing and it's stressful but it's not undoable.
NOTE: I did music for 2 years and changed to Business for my last year. "
