 " A very nice environment to learn in. There are always people on hand to help you with any queries you may have. In terms of course choice, there is a wide variety of options to choose from so you can find something that suits you. Many of the courses & modules are practical which is always an added bonus when learning. "

 " Great campus would recommend to anybody but only if u want to go to your classes and then go home there is no social space to talk and a small canteen. Also the staff are very welcoming and great lectures but no sports facilities are available and never any evenets on at all "

 " Well what can I say other than I have enjoyed myself since the first day of college here. Everyone is friendly, there's good food (somewhat expensive but good), service's are decent what can I say. Lecturers can be a hit and a miss as in you can get strict lecturers or you can get sound lecturers, this is probably the same in every College to be honest. "

 " Institute of Technology Carlow is a great location in which to pursue your education. It's a short walk from town where you'll find plenty of options for shopping, entertainment, and even a vibrant nightlife. It's also a lot more affordable in terms of rent compared to larger cities like Dublin and Cork. You get an excellent education, and an unforgettable college experience here. "

 " Some (very few) good lecturers.
Small college environment that encourages and even protects incompetent lecturers and staff.
Many borderline absentee lecturers who are defended when student representatives speak with head of department.
Careers adviser did not know what a top up degree was and advised me that there was no way that could be possible to do a degree in a year which was funny, but also embarrassing when I asked her to google it!
Overall, incredibly disappointing. Think twice CAO applicants!! "
