" I‘m very happy at NUI Galway. I like the campus and I‘m really pleased with my modules and lectureres. I think that NUI Galway has a better variety of modules than my home university. Campus living is quite expensive though. "

" The prices for student accommodation are ridiculous especially for what u get like it can be so cold and moldy yet we pay out thousands for it and it’s impossible to find a house which is actually affordable. If I had to give advice to future students id recommend finding accommodation early and buy food in cheaper shops such as aldi. Maybe refrain from buying too much on campus as it can be very dear. "

" WiFi is very poor and not always strong enough to support lab work There could be more food options available although I feel there is a good ratio of healthy food. In the library there is a great need for more pc options as well as tables and seat as during study week and exam time it can fill up very quickly and you may be left without a seat. I feel this is a very disappointing characteristic of NUIG as it means that some people may not have the optimum potential to study! "

" I completed my Masters in Electronic Commerce. The course offers a blend of technical and management skills. I found it useful to learn how to look more analytically at system design, learn some coding languages (visual basic and java) and to also further my knowledge of management and innovation. The course was weighted both on continuous assessment, placement and exams over two years. I was mostly satisfied with lectures. I did find a couple were lacking but that may have been that they didn't suit my learning style. There was definitely career opportunities after this course. I got a full time job with the company I did my placement with. I'm still at that company 5 years later. Overall NUIG is a great college. As well as my Masters I also completed my Undergraduate degree here and I never even considering doing my MBA anywhere else. "
