" The University is in bad financial shape, and this affects the quality of the teaching; this is especially true for the Humanities department. The quantity of academic bureaucracy is insane (and I say this being an italian student, can't imagine how international students can cope with this situation). Siena is a nice little town, way too quiet for some, and the people living here is narrow-minded and petty. All in all I wouldn't recommend to enroll here. "

" Great school despite some manic organization. As an international student, the paperwork involved can be a lot, but it's often the case with many international programs. The teaching faculty is generally great, but I wish the administrative aspects of the university were a little more up-to-date and helpful. Obviously, as with any school in Italy, if you're doing an English program without speaking Italian, there will still be many hurdles with the language you will need to jump over. "
