" It was good but could have been better, academic staff sometime was not really energized to do activities, we did not always interact with them, it was more like once on 2 weeks, something like that. the was no proper campus but more like a big building. the administrative staff was terrible, never helpful, always slow. No sport facilities in there, the space in Venice is small so it's not totally their fault. "

" Universita Iuav di Venezia is one of the oldest architecture institutions in Italy. There is a plethora of niches within the architecture field to suit everyone. Many of the facilities are antiquated and rich with culture and architectural motifs, such as the Carlos Scarpa Entrance and library. Social life is vibrant and integrated with the city in the nearby Campo as well.
It is incredibly unique to attend university while living in Venice. However, being on a touristic island presents minor setbacks in itself. There is not set university housing or bikes/vehicles. I found it difficult to find resources I needed for research and design classes. "
