 " The university experience as an international student is challenging but also enriching. The challenging part for me did not come from contents, which were quite doable, but from many administrative difficulties where we as students felt left alone. Also many professors do not talk in proper english. However, especially the international community is great, with a high potential to find new close friends but also enspiring study partners. My absolute suggestion would be to join a student association with a strong international community, since it is the fastest way to find inclusion. "

 " My experience at Bocconi University is extremely positive. It's a very good university with a high reputation and talented students who always aspire to the best. It is competitive and requires quite a lot of effort, but it is absolutely worth it! "

 " Bocconi is a well established institution with an outstanding faculty. That being said, there are major challenges, with respect to generating lasting knowledge, creativity and cultivation of entrepreneurial abilities. It is undoubtedly the leading force in Italian higher education. It's extremely influential in policy and reform.
Bocconi is one of the very few institutions in Italy that provides job security to its alumni in a violent labor market. Although the focus is very limited towards consulting, academics and finance. Since it mirrors the Italian economic context, the emphasis on entrepreneurial development(which is historically the brightest character of Italy) is very weak. The blame is on the heavy bureaucratic burdens on small businesses as much as the university. Students who have entrepreneurial ambitions can easily choose univerisities in Berlin or Barcelona with almost no transition costs, where they can get exposed to a much more vibrant start-up scene, while getting industry specific knowledge as they study. This can be considered an important factor fueling the Italian brain drain over the years of the crisis.

The campus is very well organized for a city campus. Although its services are almost analogous to the disfunctional Italian bureaucracy, there are clear signs of improvement.

Bocconi also shows steady improvement in rankings every year. For a prospective student, it appears to be a good investment to at least consider this university with a very international profile. "

 " Excellent campus with brilliant academics and great professors. It is located in the centre of Milan, which is a financial centre. This campus is recommended for economics, management and finance. However, the climate of the city can be quite ugly and cold in deep winter. The cost of living in city centre is quite high. "
