" Being a public university, the tuition fee here is low compared to the US (around $5000/year for undergraduate). The university has a great curriculum, but only if you speak Japanese - the options for English classes are pretty limited. That said, most professors (in Business at least) are good at English, and the school allows students to write the thesis in English. The campus is quiet with a lot of greenery. The surrounding area is spectacular in spring (cherry blossoms) and fall (ginkgo leaves). Not exactly central Tokyo, but you can go downtown pretty easily thanks to the train system. "
