" This is a small university, but it only enhances the study experience. The small number of students simply means that it is possible to get a very personal learning experience from the professors. Some subjects were in the national language - Latvian, but some were in English (where foreign students often joined). Professionals from abroad, such as India and Finland, also work as guest lecturers at the university. Overall, the atmosphere at the university is very friendly, welcoming and professional. "

" University in Valmiera, northern Latvia. It's part of the E³UDRES² a European University Alliance that follows the idea "From Europe – For Europe" by developing European solutions to regional problems.
The community is very friendly - family like. International students are more then welcome. A lot of studies are practical based. For tourism a lot of trip planning and going. "
