 " The university of san carlos is enhancing its overall facilities, however majority of the budget goes to talamban campus. That's why we can barely see an improvement in the main campus. The school must also improve its online platforms and explore better teaching methods that can be easily understood and retained by students. "

 " As one of the best universities in Cebu, the quality of education has been exemplary. The student body itself is very welcoming, and although the university is split into different campuses scattered across Cebu, each location has its own charm and appropriate commodities established to provide the best for it sstudents.  " Although the school's wi-fi is not that fast us students can always access the computers in the library or in one of the buildings, but luckily there are some internet cafes nearby if ever school's wi-fi is really slow. "

 " It is a reputable school here in Cebu, Philippines although its facilities could be much more improved since we pay a significant amount of tuition. There are many campuses and it can be taxing to move from one campus to another when you are attending something or that you have something to acquire from another campus. Moreover, the Talamban campus covers a lot of area and can be very taxing to walk uphill to get to a certain building so be aware of that. Overall, the professors are competent and nice, and the students there are very active in organizations and are very friendly which creates a comfortable school atmosphere. "
