 " It has the cheapest tuition fee among state universities in the Philippines. It also produces quality and top-performing accountants. The academic staff in my college are competent, considerate, and guides students very well. However, some facilities are outdated and some administrative staffs are not that friendly. "

 " PUP has been home to excellent students, not just academically but socially as well. Despite its limited facilities, the university instills resilience in its students and teaches them to persevere through challenges. We aren't simply comforted here, we are trained.  " The quality of the facilities (e.g., restrooms, classrooms) are not the most comfortable. The basic necessities are barely met. The temperature of the rooms is hot and the most electric fans are not working. However, the Del Pilar Building (CTHTM) has a clean environment, fans and aircons are usually working. "
