" Daily life at the University of Makati (UMak) in the Philippines is a vibrant mix of academic challenges, social interactions, and personal growth. The campus buzzes with energy as students navigate through classes, engage in discussions, and immerse themselves in various activities. The academic scene is dynamic, with a range of courses and programs catering to diverse interests. Lectures, group projects, and hands-on activities are common, contributing to a well-rounded learning experience. Professors are approachable, fostering a supportive environment for students to seek guidance and clarification.
The campus facilities, though not extravagant, meet the essential needs of students. Libraries provide a quiet space for studying, and computer labs are equipped for research and assignments. While some facilities may show signs of wear, the university maintains a functional and conducive learning environment. Social life is vibrant, with students participating in clubs, organizations, and events. These extracurricular activities offer opportunities to make friends, showcase talents, and develop leadership skills. The cafeteria and common areas become lively hubs for casual interactions and group study sessions. Navigating university life also involves managing a balance between academics and personal well-being. Students often find support through counseling services and peer networks. Challenges aside, the daily rhythm at UMak creates a sense of community, where students grow academically and personally, forging lasting memories in their journey toward graduation. "

" This university is really great. If you're from Makati and you want to attend a university that has low tuition and miscellaneous fees then this is a great choice for you. It has great facilities and the rooms are air-conditioned as well. Professor and staffs are really nice too. "

" Currently writing this review while not having experienced attending the university as I joined UMAK while COVID-19 is still ongoing and face to face classes are still in debate.
From my experience online, the teaching staff are generally nice and can teach well to their capacity using online resources. The admins take care of the student body by administering surveys to check up on the status of the students. Generally a nice experience considering the fact it is all online. "

" The University of Makati is not bad for a small campus. During my time there, it was in the middle of the Covid19 Pandemic so we're all taking courses from home. Didn't get to enjoy the campus as much but they are more than able to handle remote learning. Their professors are well experienced. "
