" This university has yet to upgrade to the standards of other prestigious European universities for the simple reason that it’s been stagnating for the past 30 years since the downfall of communism. The campus facilities are poor, if not non-existent and the curriculum is outdated and too extensive. I was made to study for modules that have no connection whatsoever to my actual degree. For example, i was made to take a PE exam, giving that i was studying Communication Sciences. This is actually a typical Romanian practice, as it starts happening from high school. I found the system to be corrupt, with many
of my colleagues having paid large sums of money
to pass certain exams. The tuition fee is rather low compared to other European universities, but still high in relation to the average wage in Romania. Overall, avoid! There are other Romanian universities that provide high standard of education within ethical practices. "
