" I got my first higher education in IT here and I am getting a second now. I can say that here work very professional teachers. Computer classes are equipped with new machines primarily due to the support of IT companies in the city. You can get a military education at the university, and there are also students from China. I can advise this university to those who are looking for a good theoretical base. "
