" As our student population are less than 5000 at a time, SUTD is able to create a closely knit, welcoming community, that is always happy to help each other, reduced competition and love challenges. We are known for being hands on and having a strong maker culture. It is true and reflected in our student groups, but one does need to seek out and actively join these groups to truly be a part of the culture. It is indeed a stressful and content heavy curriculum as a lot of knowledge is packed into 3.5 years (typically the length of our undergraduate studies). However, I feel that the support from my friends and professors makes it fulfilling and bearable, as well as the experience it gave me career wise. "
