 " Pleasant university with good lecturers. There are many society groups which you can attend but of course you don't have to. Also the career advice is available at all times and they also send you emails about future events. "

 " For my area of study, the university is great at directing and moulding its students into their future careers, through good promotion of careers advice that runs every semester (e.g. one to one talks, interview guidance and lectures on nearby opportunities), as well as the special doctorate/PhD fastback programmes that are run exclusively at this university along with one other. Overall, there are many helpful interventions in place to aid life post-graduation at this university. "

 " My experience of the university of hull is pleasant and the Psychology department is brilliant. The staff are very knowledgeable due to majority having dual roles as lecturers and researchers. They provide excellent support for those wishing to continue onto their doctorate programme in clinical psychology "

 " Overall a good university but tutor absences affected learning, good size of class. Teachers were good but feel we were messed about with supply teachers coming and going at any given time so no real structure to lessons or teaching pattern. The building itself was new so no issues , nearby car park was helpful. Faults were that as mature student some of us were treated like children by tutors who were in similar age group which felt undermining "

 " It's a very welcoming university, and there's so much on offer. I like how the sports facilities does offer a lot to students and for example, you can take up a new hobby. I've really enjoyed playing Squash this past academic year because it's affordable, different and helps you to switch off.
There's a vast array of textbooks in the library and the university library has access to lots of high quality journals "
