" A good university with a decent amount of societies. My course is well orchestrated and the staff genuinely care about your learning. All of my course leaders were still working in the industry so they have inside knowledge for careers advice. "

" Great support when needed (due to medical issues), and great variety on course. Would benefit from tailoring some activities and learning dependent on student's medium (e.g. not all students will benefit from learning screen printing). Mandatory attendance for short (30-min) tutorials are a little excessive for mature students with a 2.5 hour round trip travel time. Hopefully they will learn from recent measures to introduce remote attendance where possible.
Cafeteria needs to be more accessible for allergens (especially gluten free). "

" Overall a very good university! Tutors are always there to offer support and guidance. The staff are always happy to help and are well experienced in their fields of work!
The social side of the university is good, has a very different dynamic to other universities. There is a limited amount of sports teams and only a select few societies.
There is also very limited accommodation and it is about a 20-minute walk to and from the university. The living cost hasn't been an issue while studying here, but that depends on how often you go out. "

" During the first year of study I felt that I had no guidance with my work the years however after this I got lots of support from tutors to help me progress in the development work. This university is a specialist Arts University so all the tutors and lectures have lots of experience in your field and there will always be a tutor who has experience in the materials you want to work with.
If you are on max loan then the weekly living expenses are manageable without a job however if you have less than this you will need to get at a weekend job, maybe more house depending on your prices for accomodation and how much you spend on hobbies and socialising. "
