" Overall it is a good university and I was impressed with the course content. I enjoyed the programme and found it interesting. There is still room for improvement though, especially when comparing it to places like UCL. The accommodation is good and I feel safe on campus. My commute is about three hours by train, which is typical for London. There are also not enough parking spaces, which could be improved. "

" I did enjoy my time at City, however we were majorly effected by the ongoing dispute between universities and UCU, which led to lectures being cancelled due to strikes. It also led to my cohort waiting 3 months for some grades, which we were not impressed by. The actual uni is good, although it struggled to recover from COVID, and the hallways were often empty. However, that did mean I never struggled to find a seat in the library. Also, I am not very impressed that City has not divested, meaning that your money is being used to fund unsustainable oil companies. "

" The new building is a better campus and has more facilities. I preferred my last year of studying rather than my first and second due to the change in campus from northampton square to bunhill row. I am a commuter and would say the journey is okay but it is quite long and to travel for 4 hours for a 1 hour lecture sometimes doesn’t seem worth it "

" I've had the privilege of studying at City. The university's commitment to academic excellence is truly commendable. The professors are not only experts in their fields but also passionate about teaching. They encourage critical thinking, and their dedication to their subjects is infectious. The curriculum is robust and up-to-date, providing a well-rounded education that equips students with the knowledge and skills they need for their future careers. The library and research facilities are world-class, making it easy to delve deep into your chosen field of study. Beyond academics, City offers a vibrant student life. There are numerous clubs, societies, and events to get involved in "

" Good place to get your degree, staff are supportive and always respond if you need help. The facilities are very new and clean. There was a lot of work but i am satisfied.
The area can be a bit expensive but its London. "
