" The teaching is mediocre and the societies are very disjointed. Timetables take very long to be finalised, often incorrect. I'm disappointed by King's. there needs to better connections between the campuses. The admin is very poor. They do not have an email for prospective students to ask questions. All in shambles compared to other London unis "

" My experience at King's was overwhelmingly positive. I had a great time here studying my French BA (including a year abroad in Paris) and the quality of teaching, the campus resources, and the social scene were top notch. As with the majority of central London unis, there isn't a traditional "village-style" campus; instead, the buildings and halls are scattered across London, although the Strand building is very central. My academic experience was generally superb. I enjoyed some modules more than others and felt that some professors were more engaged and willing to help with questions etc. than others, but this is almost certainly the same with any uni. King's is a fantastic choice for language students, and my friends studying science, medicine, and other subjects all have good things to say too. There's a dedicated language lab for practicing listening and reading skills, and the links to international unis for the year abroad are excellent. The Maughan Library has to be one of the best in the country. Unless you're completely set on attending a traditional campus uni where everything is in one place, you really can't go wrong with King's. London is expensive as a student, but there are options for cheap nights out etc. if you know where to look and ask around. "

" My experience can be summarised as follows. On the whole, the academia was both challenging and fulfilling for the most part. A number of electives could have benefited from better and more passionate faculty, but no institution is flawless. Although located in the heart of London, the university lacks the 'campus lifestyle'. That said, London is magical in its own right and as long as you put yourself out there, the student societies and club nights are enough to keep you fulfilled. "

" Overall I really enjoyed my time at king's. They provide a lot of good services in terms of academic , fun (like societies) and more personal support for any issues students maybe be having. Being in London, it isn't really a campus uni as such, but I still felt very much part of a community while at King's because there were so many student events held and certain hangout spots most students loved to go to. " Good university and research. Facilities in central London are outstanding. The administration is frustrating and students are not put first. Maughan library is excellent. A world class institution with great academics. Went on two trips to Portugal and Spain with my degree and thoroughly enjoyed my research. "
