" The University of Nottingham is an incredible place to study, and my experience here has been really positive overall. Here are my thoughts:
Academic Excellence
The university is known for its strong academic reputation, especially in fields like business, engineering, law, and medicine. The professors are knowledgeable and approachable, and there’s a lot of focus on research and practical learning.
International Community
The campus feels super diverse, with students from all over the world. It’s amazing to meet so many people with different cultural backgrounds, and the university is really supportive of international students.
Beautiful Campuses
The campuses are absolutely stunning! University Park is full of greenery and feels peaceful, while Jubilee Campus is modern and innovative. It’s great to study in such a visually appealing environment.
Career Support
The university offers plenty of resources for career development, including workshops, networking events, and internships. It feels like they really care about preparing students for life after graduation. "

" As an international student, I often felt out of place, like I didn't fully belong. Unfortunately, my experience was similar to what many other international students have shared. There was very little support when we arrived, and it felt like we were expected to adjust immediately without much guidance. It sometimes seemed like the focus was more on money than on truly helping students settle in. I hope the university considers improving the support systems for international students in the future. " Brilliant university, staff are wonderful, the area is easy to get to. There is a free bus between campuses. The food is also amazing. There are also many libraries I fully recommend visiting them all my favourite one had a Starbucks inside that was cheap for students. "

" Good but needs improvements like more creativity for the course (we don’t even have access to Adobe cloud) and canteens open for longer times since for some reason, they close at 4pm even during exam season which is very inconvenient if you want to stay in the library but finish lectures late. "

" Good experience, the course covered a wide range of modules and a large range of extra resources for further reading. The sports and gym facilities are very high quality and the University sports clubs use them well. The academic staff on my course were always willing to answer questions when asked and provide advice on placements or further research in their areas. "
