Nottingham Trent University (NTU) is a public university located in the UK city of Nottingham. The university dates back to 1843 when it opened as the Nottingham Government School of Design. It became a polytechnic in 1970, and was granted university status in 1992. It's currently one of the highest ranked UK Universities on the site.

With the motto ‘shaping futures’, NTU offers over 500 different degree programmes to around 27,000 students across three campuses (City, Clifton and Brackenhurst), overseen by nine different academic schools. A £350 million investment in recent years has led to significant developments in NTU’s estate, including the regeneration of two Grade II* listed buildings, Newton and Arkwright, which include a glazed centre court with walk-round balcony, cafes, deli-bars and student services. If you're a current or former student, why not submit a review of Nottingham Trent University and let others know about your experiences.!

" NTU is a student-friendly university that offers a variety of diverse workshops and activities outside of the curriculum. Members of stuff are polite and attentive. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the walking distance form the main campus. I would definitely advise this university to potential students. "

" Nottingham Trent is a great and modern university, there is plenty of computer space, with the Chaucer cafe offering a place to work and eat, with printing available wherever there are computers. Staff are always friendly and classes are usually very well managed. "

" I would definitely recommend Nottingham Trent! I completed my undergraduate psychology degree there and am in the middle of my postgraduate cyberpsychology degree - it’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave!! Good facilities and a great student’s union with loads of things to get involved in. Plenty of sports/societies to join and a great social scene. Good psychology department in my experience too. "

" I completed my undergrad at NTU and liked it there so much that I insisted on finding a masters course here too. Majority of the staff in the psychology department so helpful and genuinely care about your plans and want to see you succeed. There's always opportunity to explore your own interests and the facilities are impeccable, never had any issues with the IT or wifi whilst on site. "

" Nottingham Trent is an extremely friendly and well equipped university. The psychology department has some great facilities including EEG, fMRI, TMS, VR, driving simulator and sleep labs. It has a vast array of extracurricular societies and is located in the heart of a vibrant and entertaining city. The teaching was brilliant and offered great development of practical research skills. I enjoyed my undergraduate at NTU so much that I stayed for a postgraduate MSc and am now completing my PhD at NTU. "
