 " The university provided a modern and satisfying learning space with numerous facilities appropriate for all students along with helpful staff throughout the campus. There was many places to eat and socialise with other students throughout the university and the library was extremely spacious with good wifi. The campus was clean and made me want to go and study and be present. "

 " Fantastic, progressive and inclusive university. The lecturers are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I love studying here and hope to join the amazing research team in the future. I would absolutely recommend any student considering criminology to study here "

 " Good for social aspects teaching not so good. Email responses extremely slow and feel like I don’t know what I am doing a lot of the times . Things such as replying to assesment questions after the deadline has passed "

 " It’s a good university but there is not enough restaurants on campus. The food is bland and all meal deal stuff. They used to do nice pizzas so would be nice to see this again and the cafes all close early even though lessons go on till 6pm and computer space is not large enough as not everyone wants to use the library as that’s busy so it’d be nice if there was more computers and newer ones that actually work.  " I really enjoy my time at Hallam. I have been here 4 years now and the academic staff are really helpful. I feel comfortable and safe here and enjoy the environment on campus. The library is a great learning space. One thing I would say is the organisation of seminars and staff timetabling can sometimes be poor but usually this is sorted quickly. "
